General Conditions

Reservations:
Deposit of 35% is required at the time for booking and Balance at least 30 days before the tour begins.

Cancellation:
Any money pale will be refunded less the cost Cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses.

Rates:
Includes all expenses in respected of vehicles and drivers as per itinerary meals on safari and entrance fees to National Parks and Game Reserves

Transportation:
Cars, Minibuses, Range Rovers or Coaches or Trucks will be provided according to the route and number of clients. The right 18 TeServed to employ the services of sub-contractors. English speaking driver/guides are provided.

Accommodation:
Based on two persons sharing a twin room/tent. here possible rooms with private bath are provided. Single rooms are available at an additional. cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels/Lodes are named as an indication of category and rooms may be  reserved at similar hotels and lodges.

Alteration to Tours:
The -Company-reserves the right to alter arrangement or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept retain any person as a member of any tour at any time In which case an que amount will be’ refunded. Prices are based on tariffs and other costs” prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Liability:
The Company and its agent’s act only as agents of the Passenger in all matters relating to hotels/ledge, Accommodation, tours, transport, etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage in any manner. The laws of” the country in which the tour takes place and on other country govern the company’s liability to passengers carried in its own Vehicle. All claims are subject to jurisdiction of tire courts of the country in which the action arises. The company it reserves the rights to employ sub. contractors for all part of the service.

Note:
All expeditions involve an element of personal risk at times can be hazardous in nature. Expedition members must accept this risk, we are not liable for any loss, damage: or injurv expense, delay or inconvenience caused to your” baggage as a result whether directly or indirectly, or any matter or whatever nature which is outside bur control. All participants are advised to take an insurance policy to Cover personal accident and medical expenses. We can arrange this at low price

Climbing Equipment:
Gear for mountain climbing is not included in the tour price but can be hired at Naro Moro for Mt.Kenya and Marangu Park Gate for Mt. Kilimanjaro.
